Jamie Foxx's Family Prepares For the Worst

Jamie Foxx has been hospitalized for four weeks after suffering what is thought to be a stroke while shooting the movie Back In Action.

He collapsed on the set and had to be revived. If there hadn't been medical personnel already on the scene he would have likely died.

Since then, there have been few details on his condition other than that he's still in the hospital.

There was a message from Jamie on his Instagram page last week.

Despite that upbeat message, a source has told Radar Online the situation is more serious than the 57-year-old's camp is letting on.

“His friends and family are hoping for the best — but preparing for the worst," the source said.
