Tony Buzbee, the 1-800 lawyer who's representing people suing Jay-Z and Diddy, is being sued again.
This time from a woman who claims she gave him a venereal disease, which he allegedly knew about but never disclosed. She says Buzbee assaulted her on top of that.
The woman, only known as Jane Doe, explained that Buzbee flew into a fit of rage during a trip to New York City. She also claims he damaged her tooth by pushing a champagne flute into her face. Buzbee's theory is that Jay-Z's company Roc Nation is responsible for the suit.
"It now seems that every other day there is another false claim filed, all of which are being ginned up by individuals working on behalf of or in concert with those ROC Nation and Diddy interests," wrote Buzbee in part while addressing the suit on Instagram.
Jay and Roc Nation later hit back, denied responsibility for the suit, and dissed the controversial lawyer.
"Mr. 1800 said today that ROCNATION is criminally responsible for his legal woes with ex-clients/ex-lover who is accusing him of transmitting venereal diseases, assaulting, falsifying documents, and stealing client monies. No and no," reads a statement on Roc Nation's Instagram page. "God is behind the sunlight you keep referencing. We are not the source of every sunlight that you get but ROC sunshine is coming your way Mr. 1800. Shameful."
So, the Buzbee, Diddy, Jay fight continues.
