Jay-Z turned 50 years old today, and he celebrated by releasing his music on the Spotify streaming platform. 

The Tidal owner, whose music has been exclusive to his own platform for a while, finally gave the go-ahead to have his music available on Spotify.

Spotify confirmed the news on Twitter today. 

"Happy birthday, Hov Welcome back to Spotify.http://spoti.fi/JAYZ"
