Kanye West may have hit a fan in the face and may go to jail for it.

Last night, Ye got into a dispute with an autograph seeker outside of the members-only SoHo Warehouse in West Hollywood and reportedly hit the guy.

The incident happened around 3 AM this morning.  Ye had been partying with his new girlfriend Julia Fox.

TMZ has obtained video of Kanye yelling right around the time of the incident.

"Did y'all say that or not? Did y'all say that or not?" "Cuz that's what happened right f*cking now," he yells.

The LAPD is investigating West for misdemeanor battery which could get Ye six months, but probably not.
