Ryan Inwards worked as a summer intern for Kanye West's Yeezy brand.
According to Yeezy's lawyers, Inwards shared non-public images of Yeezy's products on Instagram and didn't remove them even after it sent multiple cease and desist letters.
Inwards has signed a non-disclosure agreement with a $500,000 liquidated damages provision, so now Yeezy is suing him for that amount.
They are also seeking an injection which would require him to turn over all the images and never post them again.
While we doubt Yeezy will ever collect that money from Inwards, the company did get a bunch of COVID recovery funds so they should be OK.
