Lul Tim killed King Von after Von punched Tum's guy Quando Rondo.

He's currently out of jail on a $100K bond.  He says the shooting was self-defense.

He took to Instagram yesterday to reveal he's been wearing a colostomy bag.

Tim took a bullet during his altercation with Von and was arrested while he was in the hospital.  

The bag -- which could be either temporary or permanent -- may have been a result of that injury.
