Kodak Black's legal problems keep piling up.

The 19-year old is currently in jail for violating his house arrest in Florida, and will eventually face unrelated sexual assault charges in South Carolina which could result in up to 30 years in prison.

He may soon have another battery charge in Florida on his ledger.

Black is now being accused of punching a female employee at Miami strip club earlier this year.

One the day of the incident, the woman told the cops that while she was working at Club Climaxx at 3 AM Black “approached her and started acting belligerent."

When she told Kodak to chill, she said he "hit her in the forehead with his right arm," and "began to punch her numerous times all over her body and then kicked her, stopping shortly after."

Black has yet to be formally charged.  But the incident has been added to his list of probation violations, a detective has been assigned to investigate it, and he will have to discuss it in court this week.

“Because there are pending motions with regard to this case, we are unable to comment at this time,” Black's lawyers Gary Kollin and Allan Stephen Zamren said in a joint statement on Wednesday.
The moral of the story is you don't want to be in Club Climaxx at 3 AM.
