Kodak Black has good reasons to want to stay away from the police.
His long rap sheet suggests he's often committing a crime, and such behavior is best down out of view of law enforcement.
However, there is at least one cop who's Team Kodak.
Yak and his crew recently ran into this friendly officer at a Plantation Florida, gas station.
"Give that boy a raise," Kodak said about the cop.
He said other things too, but we couldn't decipher his Yak dialect.
"We all about the people, I want to hear that new song," the very polite cop said.
