Kodak Black took one in the leg at Justin Bieber's Super Bowl party early Saturday morning.

While Yak had hoped to attend the game (with Drake) his bullet wound kept him in the hospital through the weekend.

When he was released yesterday, he was using a walker.

Yak's lawyer and father-figure Bradford Cohen updated Kodak's situation.

"There was an unprovoked attack on an individual kodak was with, when security and kodak came to his aid, several shots were fired at them by an unidentified assailant. Luckily, this was all caught on video. Kodak was struck in the leg. It was not life-threatening, he will make a full recovery and he is in stable condition."
