Drake has a knack for co-signing new talent. A lyric quote here or a dancing video there, he keeps up with what's buzzing in the industry. In October, he tossed out a co-sign to Kodak Black by playing his "SKRT" single on his Instagram page.

The post has almost half-a-million likes and over 30,000 comments, so it surely brought more attention to Kodak. The video has over five million views. But Kodak wishes he was more direct about this co-sign. He told BET during an interview:

"I heard about that, but I ain’t know what that did. But I just know that’s Drake, so… You trying to show me you fuck with me or what? We ain’t never talked on the phone though. Like he was texting me and shit. I’m direct with it, so if you’re trying to show me that you fuck with me, call me. Throw me on your album so I can get me some royalties."
