Lakers rookie Lonzo Ball is going through a tough stretch. 

He only had two points and three assists last night in a blow out loss to the Rockets and saw his shooting percentage fall to 31.3.

But Lonzo's struggles haven't deterred his big mouthed dad.  Over the past couple of weeks, LaVar Ball has called his son "better" than Steph Curry, called out Julius Randle for not passing it to Lonzo during a crucial moment of their game against the Warriors, and criticized Lakers coach Luke Walton's abilities.

While the Lakers can't stop LaVar from blabbing to the media, they can restrict the media's access to him when he's at the Staples Center.

The team is now enforcing what is being called the "LaVar Ball Rule" by reaffirming a policy which doesn't allow media members into the section of the arena where family and friends of the players wait for them after games.

“It’s not a new policy; it’s an existing policy,” a team spokesperson told ESPN, while confirming they hadn't been enforcing it lately. “There has been more media presence in that area than before. That section is strictly for family and guests of players. It’s a privacy concern.”
