The LAPD Union wants LeBron James investigated by the NBA for his Twitter comments about Nicholas Reardon, the police officer who shot 16-year old Ma’Khia Bryant to death as she lunged at another girl with a knife.
James's ultimately deleted the Tweet that demanded "accountability" for Reardon, but that wasn't enough for the cops in the city King James pays.
During an interview on Fox News, LAPD Detective Jamie McBride explained that James was a "hypocrite" and accused him of “inciting violence…towards police officers." He also said that the police union had sent a letter to NBA commissioner Adam Silver requested James be investigated for whether his comments violated the league's policies.
Do you think Silver would do that?
