Lil Durk was charged with Criminal Intent To Commit Murder after police and prosecutors said they have Durk on video shooting a man in front of The Varsity restaurant in Atlanta.
The victim survived his wounds, which is a big part of why Durk was able to bond out for 250K.
As a condition of his bail, Durk was curfewed between 11 PM and 7 AM and has to wear an ankle bracelet.
That curfew made it impossible for him to do late-night shows and club appearances, which is where rappers like Durk make most of their money.
He just caught a break on that front.
