Lil Peep's mother Liza Womack has been beefing with her late son's handlers for some time now.

She filed a wrongful death suit against his managers in 2019. Now, she's in court accusing his label, First Access Entertainment, of refusing to pay $4 million to his estate.

“FAE is trying to choke off her funds by denying her the royalty revenue that they know she’s owed," Womak's lawyer Paul A. Matiasic told a Los Angeles court on Tuesday, September 28.

But FAE’s lawyer John W. Amberg denied Womack's claim and shot back.

“It also is not true that FAE owes the estate over $4 million. That’s simply not true. That’s just an argument used to gain someone’s sympathy here," he stated.

Lil Peep died on November 15, 2017 on his tour bus after accidentally overdosing on fentanyl and Xanax. He was 21 years old.
