Lil Pump has a lot of negative qualities.
But he's never been accused of beating or harassing women.
So he has that over Joe Budden.
And he used it to off on the rapper turned podcaster.

We don't know what sparked Pump's attack on Budden other than a general concern about violent misogyny.
