Lil Yase Shot Dead at 25

Popular Bay Area rapper Lil Yase has been shot dead and nobody really knows where, why, or how.

According to TMZ, Yase was hanging out with his buddies at a recording studio a little north of San Fransisco at 11:30 PM last night.  He told them he was stepping out for a sec and would be right back.  An hour and a half later he was found murdered in the East Bay, about an hour away from the studio.

Yase's friends claim that despite Yase acting tough in his music, the 25-year old was cool with everyone and had no beef. They are flabbergasted that somebody would take him out. 

Yas had broken out in 2015 with the track "Get It in" and had been big on the Bay scene since.
