Meek Mill's new album is called Wins & Losses.
However, when he's been asked to explain what his losses are, Meek has focused on things out of his control -- like friends dying.
During an interview with Philadelphia radio station Power 99, he finally conceded a loss of his own making: Nicki Minaj
“It was a win. I got Nicki when I was… like I came up," he started. "I always wanted Nicki my whole life. I use to talk; remember I had the rap about it. I bagged that. So that was a win of course” he admitted. "Of course breaking up with anyone you love is a loss. Period. Game time. Want me to make up a lie or something? It’s so easy to tell the truth now.”Meek is feeling pretty salty about the L on the album. In the track '1942 Flow', he makes it clear he was the one who dumped Nicki.
Heard that bitch say she cut me, I was like adios / In the field, knock ’em down, it look like dominoes,” he rapped.[Related: Meek Mill comes for Nicki Minaj on new album.]
