Florida rapper Money Mitch is dead after a bizarre incident involving a Uber and the police.

The Uber the 23-year old was riding in on July 23 in Palm Beach was pulled over for a traffic violation.

Mitch jumped out of the car and began firing on the cops, who fired back.

Mitch wasn't hit and fled the scene.  However, the cops discovered his body about a block away and concluded he died of a self-inflicted bullet wound.

 "We followed him to a building and on the second floor, we noticed some blood droppings on the first floor. We thought he was wounded," said Frank DeMario of the Palm Beach police. "We didn't have any involvement in the shooting."

Lil Baby was among those paying tribute to Mitch.

"Bra I'm sorry I couldn't save you," Baby typed on IG Story. "Dam Mitch you was on me everyday."
