MTV has jumped into the pool of emcee rankings with a bold new list of the top rappers of 2016.
The list was decided by a nine person panel, including Charlamagne tha God, Nick Cannon, and Joe Budden. According to the music network there were "fiery disagreements" about the list.
Here's what they came up with.
1. Kanye West
2. Drake
3. Chance the Rapper
4. Travis Scott
5. Young Thug
6. Future
7. YG
8. Kendrick Lamar
9. Lil Uzi Vert
10. 21 Savage
Check out video the MTV roundtable below. In it, the panel mocks Joe Budden for getting dissed by Drake. But Budden turns around and makes that into a coherent argument for why Drizzy shouldn't be number 1.
