A few days after Nas dropped a trailer for his new album produced by Hit-Boy, he released the artwork and title.
The LP is called King's Disease and the artwork shows cherubs hovering around a throne, while one of them holds a king's crown.

Esco also announced the first single from the new LP. It's called "Ultra Black," produced by Hit-Boy and it drops tonight.
