Nicki Minaj's husband Kenny Petty would like to be there when their child is born.
The issue is he forgot to register as a sex offender in California and is under curfew as he awaits his trial on that oversight. Petty fears the baby will be born after hours and he won't be able to witness the birth. So he's petitioned his judge to modify his pre-trial release condition so he'll be guaranteed to be there.
The US Attorney has already approved the modification, so now it's up to the judge.
The judge is likely to approve the petition, as he recently allowed Kenny back on the internet.
Petty served time for attempted rape back in the 90s. Nicki is about six months pregnant.
