Playboi Carti was arrested last year after allegedly choking his pregnant girlfriend during an argument about a paternity test.
Jordan Carter, 14 weeks pregnant, told police she couldn't breathe and thought she was going to die.
It was the second time he's been arrested for domestic assault following a 2017 incident.
He's also been arrested for drugs and guns in 2020 and reckless driving in 2022.
He was asked about his pending cases during a chat with Billboard.
“I don’t want to answer that, you know? Jail ain’t no fun," he answered.
He also told them his I AM MUSIC album should be released by the end of the year, provided he doesn't end up in jail.
