Pop Smoke's second posthumous album Faith was released last month and had mixed reviews. Then more songs were added soon after for a deluxe edition.
Undoubtedly, Pop's fans were thrilled to have new music from the late rapper, but his friend Mike Dee doesn't seem as excited about it. That's because he said there aren't any new songs from Pop to be released.
"I feel like instead of dropping all thirty songs, I would have waited until now, 'till next year, that way his name will stay alive instead of just dropping it all at one time," said Dee during an interview with radio host Kalisha Perera. "I'm guessing this is what he had left in the vault."
Do you think Pop's label released too much of his music at once?
