Virginia rapper Bugzie The Don took part in the notorious January 6th Capitol riots.

As the Capitol was stormed Bugzie took a photo in which he smoked a blunt on top of a SWAT truck.

He then used that as an album cover.

Bad idea.

The Feds saw the album cover and charged him with entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds; disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds; parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a capitol building; and disorderly conduct in a Capitol building.

Bugzie claimed he was just there for the photo, but the Feds don't care.

They are recommending 21 months in prison, which would be one of the longer sentences for the insurrectionists.

The reason Bugzie's getting the book thrown at him is he was on probation on January 6th and has an extensive criminal history.
