Virginia rapper Bugzie The Don crossed the Potomac River to attend the notorious January 6th Capitol riots.

As the Capitol was stormed he took a photo in which he smoked a blunt on top of a SWAT truck.

It's quite an image, so he made it his album cover.

Now it's evidence against him

Bugzie is being charged by the Feds with entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds; disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds; parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a capitol building; and disorderly conduct in a Capitol building.

Bugzie admits to entering Capitol buildings but says he didn't take anything and just attended the riot to shoot video.
