Several years back, Keefe D admitted to being in the car when his nephew, the late Orlando Anderson, opened fire and killed 2Pac.

Earlier this summer, police executed a search warrant in Keefe's Las Vegas area home.

Now there are reports that Keefe D's arrest is "imminent" as investigators believe they have finally cracked the case after 27 years.

According to the Sun, The Las Vegas District Attorney will present evidence of Keefe's involvement in Pac's 1996 killing to a grand jury.  They will seek murder charges against the 60-year-old.

“The homicide team did not enter into this investigation lightly… They knew that the world would be watching if they took any action against Keefe. They do not want to make any missteps,” said the Sun. “One key aspect was building a strong case and file of evidence detailing how Keefe was one of the four suspects in the car, was pivotal in the actual murder, then the destruction of critical evidence.”

The results of the grand jury should be known within the month.
