Michael Jackson's Michael album dropped in 2010, one year after MJ's death.

From the jump, there were questions about some of the vocals on the album, with fans and some Jackson family members claiming it wasn't really the King of Pop singing.

Last week, three songs from that album -- "Monster," "Keep Your Head Up" and "Breaking News" -- suddenly disappeared from all streaming services.

"Breaking News", in particular, has long been subject to accusations that MJ's vocals were faked and there is a pending court case as to whether a Michael Jackson impersonator was used for the lead vocal of the song.

Nevertheless, MJ's estate is claiming fraud is not why the songs were pulled and, instead, it's because the controversy is distracting.

"[The songs] are no longer being made available by Sony Music for purchase or streaming but I should point out that the removal of these three songs has nothing to do with their authenticity. The Estate and Sony Music believe the continuing conversation about the tracks is distracting the fan community and casual Michael Jackson listeners from focusing their attention where it should be -- on Michael’s legendary and deep music catalog."
