"Last request, can all producers please get paid?"
That's what Rick Ross asked on his Birdman diss song "Idols Become Rivals," but now he's being accused of jerking around a producer himself.
On Sunday The Cool Kids' Chuck Inglish sent a tweet about Ross not paying him for the beat from "Party Heart," a cut off the Miami rapper's 2012 Rich Forever mixtape. Inglish also said this kind of thing happens far too often in the music business.
I’m gon keep it a stack.

Hard to hear Ross press Birdman about paying producers.
When I never saw a cent from them for Party Heart.
Just keep it level..
none of you niggas pay ur producers
Why do you think a producer would release a beat without getting the money first?
