A judge has granted Roc-A-Fella a temporary restraining order banning Dame Dash from selling JAY-Z's classic album Reasonable Doubt as an NFT.
The verdict was clinched when Dame didn't show up to court today.

Judge Cronan: With respect to unjust enrichment, Dash would be unreasonably enriched. He is only a partial owner of Roc-A-Fella Records. He cannot sell "Reasonable Doubt." There would be irreparable injury if a TRO does not issue. It's a unique asset.

Dame has claimed his issues with Roc and Hov have nothing to do with the NFT. He says he's been trying to sell his 1/3 stake in Roc and JAY gave him a lowball offer, so he sought an outside party.
Dame believes that's why Roc came after him about the NFT, which he now can't sell.
