The word is FS1 is having trouble finding a replacement for Shannon Sharpe on Undisputed.

Part of the problem is that hot-take-fest is very much Skip Bayless's show -- which is the reason Shannon left after so many years of playing second fiddle.

Emmanuel Acho, Michael Irvin,  Keyshawn Johnson, Joy Taylor, Nick Wright, Max Kellerman, and even Lil Wayne have been mentioned as Sharpe's potential replacement.

Yesterday, Skip named his dream co-host.

“Charles Barkley would be my dream debate partner on ‘Undisputed,’” Bayless said. “I would dive out of bed every morning out here in Los Angeles at two o’clock in the morning to get to work with Charles.”

Barkley recently called Bayless a "damned idiot" but that just made Skip want him more.
