Soulja Boy had been laying low since he was released from jail last year after serving time for probation violations.
However, over the last month or so, Soulja's become more active on social media and has been getting into some of the antics that he's been known for. For example, he ranted about his accomplishments and got clowned by Trippie Redd for it.
Now Soulja is claiming that he's being harrassed by other rappers.
