Yesterday, Donald Trump commented Kodak Black's federal sentence for lying on a gun application.

However, there was still a good chance he has more prison in his future, as he has legal issues in New York State and South Carolina.

The South Carolina shoe is about to drop.

In 2016, Kodak was charged with first-degree sexual misconduct in the Palmetto State after an incident with an "adult high school student" in a hotel room went left.

Shortly after Trump issued Black's Federal commutation, Ed Clements, the 12th Circuit Solicitor in Florence County, told TMZ that although their case against Kodak has been disrupted by COVID they still plan to "aggressively" prosecute him.

Kodak's SC lawyer Beattie Ashmore responded to Clements' declaration.

"Aggressively prosecute? It’s been four years. That speaks volumes. Kodak was on bond and on tour for two years before his federal case even began. Ed’s a very fine and experienced prosecutor and I look forward to once again speaking with him about this case. It’s been awhile," Clements said.
