Things are not right in the house of Smith.

According to insiders, Will and Jada Pinkett's already strained marriage has been showing more cracks since Will lost his mind at the Oscars and slapped Chris Rock for making a joke about Jada's bald head.

"Ever since the Oscars scandal, tensions between them have been palpable," an insider told Heat Magazine. "There have been problems for years, but they're barely speaking right now. If they were to split, Will has a fortune of $350million that Jada would be entitled to half of under Californian law. "It could be one of the ugliest divorces in showbiz history and drag on longer than Angelina's and Brad's did."

The insider added that Will doesn't want a divorce but "there's only so much he can take."

Prior to the Oscars incident, Will had to deal with the public fallout of his wife's "entanglement" with August Alsina.

Around that time he also admonished his wife for using his name for clout.
