DMX died of a drug related heart attack almost a year and a half ago but Stacey Dash is just now learning about it.

She posted a TikTok video on Wednesday, August 31, reacting to the news. Afterward, many said they're baffled as to why she didn't know.

“I didn’t know DMX died,” said Dash while crying. “I didn’t know from a cocaine overdose. I am today six years and one month clean and it breaks my heart. It breaks my heart that he lost to it. He lost to that demon of addiction. Please. Please, don’t lose.”
