In 2020, Takeoff was sued for raping a woman at a LA party

According to the unnamed victim, Takeoff stared at her during the party, making her feel uncomfortable.  Then he offered her weed, which she refused.  Next, he physically bumped into her and the man throwing the party while they were talking on the stairs.  Takeoff and the man argued, and the woman entered a bedroom to wait it out.  

Takeoff came into the bedroom and began touching her buttocks.  Next, he flipped her over and allegedly raped her.

Takeoff was shot and killed in November of 2022.

However, Jane Doe still wants to go forward with the suit.  

Because the late Migos's mom, Titiana Davenport, is administering his estate, Doe's lawyers filed court papers yesterday with Van Nuys Superior Court asking that Davenport fill the shoes of her late son in the suit.

The judge ruled there will be a hearing on February 22 on whether the suit can proceed with Davenport subbing for Offset.
