Last month, Tay K was found guilty of multiple charges in the  murder and robbery Ethan Walker

The 19-year old got 55 for the murder, 30-years for one count of aggravated robbery, and two 13-year sentences on two other counts of aggravated robbery. The sentences will be served concurrently.

And it's just the start of his legal problems.

Tay will face another trial for the murder/robbery of photographer Mark Anthony Saldivar. In that incident -- unlike in the Walker murder -- prosecutors say Tay-K was the one who pulled the trigger. 

Those prosecutors want to charge Tay-K, who was 16 at the time of the incident, as an adult. He is currently being charged as a juvenile with delinquent conduct/capital murder.  A date for the hearing has yet to be set.
