Chicago's Parkway Gardens aka "O Block" is for sale.
The three-building 694 apartment complex spanning three streets has been claimed by rappers such as King Von, Chief Keef, Lil Durk, Lil Reese, and Fredo Santana.
It's also been a destination for trolls like Tekashi 6ix9ine, who filmed himself posting up in front of the notorious project.
There is no asking price for O Block, but the buyer will be guaranteed income because of a contract with federal housing authorities that ensures subsidized rent.
On the other hand, O Bock's reputation for violence may turn some buyers off.
If 6ix9ine were to put in the winning bid he'd go directly to the Troll Hall Of Fame
