Last week, Justin Bieber challenged Tom Cruise to a fight.

Then he backed off the challenge, dismissing it as a "random tweet" and conceding that Cruise, a crazy person, would probably whoop him in a fight.

But the damage may already be done. According to Dana White, who Bieber tagged in his initial tweet, Cruise is ready and willing to fight the Biebs.

"I'm going to tell you something interesting," White told TMZ, "Lots of people will talk about fighting somebody in the UFC and things like that, whether its NFL players or celebrities or whatever. It happens a lot."

"I'm not going to say any names.  But I'm just going to tell you that I got a phone call from a couple of real guys who said that they really do want to do this fight and they believe that Tom Cruise would do the fight."

Now Bieber needs to watch his step around Hollywood.
