Tory Lanez said he's the best rapper alive.
During his Twitter brag, he brought up J. Cole as well as Pusha T and said they weren't prepared to go line for line with him.

It's possible that Tory felt a way after hearing Cole say "I'm the greatest right now" in his new cut "Middle Child." Or maybe the Canadian spitter is just repeating what he said during his battle with Joyner Lucas, that he's the absolute best.
