Earlier this week, Tory Lanez was denied a new trial on charges he shot Megan Thee Stallion.
Within the next 30 days he will be sentenced on one count of assault with a semiautomatic firearm, one count of negligent discharge of a firearm and carrying a loaded, and one count of unregistered firearm in a vehicle in the next 30 days.
Lanez will face a minimum of nine years in prison. He could get up to 23 years.
He will likely be deported to Canada once he gets out of prison.
The only good news for Tory is he is doing state time in California, where overcrowded prisons often lead to early releases.
