Police still haven't figured out whether to charge anyone in the shooting death of Bankroll Fresh, which happened almost a year ago.

The authorities think they know whose bullets killed Fresh during a shootout in front of an Atlanta recording studio. But they believe they may have been firing in self-defense, which is why there haven't been charges yet.

No Plug, a former childhood friend of Bankroll, has taken responsible for the death.

“[Bankroll] came out, playin’ with the shit. He fired a shot, and shit happened. We pulled off, he end up dead," Plug explained.
Yesterday, police released video of the shooting in hopes  it will encourage new witnesses to come forward and give them new information.

The clip doesn't show the gunfire, because that would be too graphic. What it does show is Bankroll and his entourage standing outside of the studio looking ready to start shooting. Bankroll is holding an AK-47 and some of other men have handguns.

"When people shoot at each other, somebody is defending themselves. It's just a matter of who," Major Adam Lee III of the Atlanta Police Department said.
