Waka Flocka Flame Knows exactly Who Can Out Rap Eminem

The beef between Nick Cannon and Eminem has people debating big time, with some -- like 50 Cent -- suggesting no one can out rap the 8 Mile rhymer.

Waka Flocka disagrees with that and offered up at least one person who can take out Shady.
