Wale wasn't label-less for long.

The DMV rapper split with his old label Atlantic after his 2017 album Shine didn't even come close to repeating the number one performances of its predecessors 2013's Gifted and 2015's The Album About Nothing.

Last night, it was announced he will try to get his career back on track at Warner Bros.

"I am delighted that Wale has joined Warner Bros. Records. He is a pillar in the hip-hop community and beyond; with his cultural relevance and lyrical prose, he continues to elevate the game. Wale is truly a force to be reckoned with and we look forward to a successful partnership for years to come,"  Warner Bros. co-chairman/COO Tom Corson said in a statement.

Wale also released a statement:

"This is an exciting step for me. I am thrilled to be at a company that is willing to showcase my artistry, while supporting my entrepreneurial spirit. I felt their passion, commitment and enthusiasm from day one. They believed in my vision wholeheartedly, and I am ready to show and prove."

Rick Ross was at the Beverly Hills dinner last night celebrating the signing, suggesting Wale will remain a part of MMG

Wale and Warner Bros. also announced that Wale will drop his sixth album later this year.

Do you think Wale can get back to the top of the charts at Warner?
