This gruesome video has a fairly happy ending.
In the clip, you're going to see New Zealand Breakers basketball player Akil Mitchell take a hard foul to the face during a recent National Basketball League game in Australia. When he hits the ground, you see his eye hanging out of the socket.
Doctors were able to shove the eye back into place and -- amazingly -- it doesn't look like Mitchell suffered any serious damage.
In fact the former University of Virginia player joked about his ordeal on Twitter.
