Footage of Kodak Black being arrested in Fort Lauderdale, Florida earlier this month has recently surfaced.
Reportedly, police found 31 Oxycodone pills when they searched the vehicle and $50,000 in cash.
But Yak's lawyer said the pills were prescribed to him since he was shot in February of this year. The rapper also commented on the arrest and said he was being harassed and racially profiled.
In the newly released body cam footage, one of the officers can be seen telling Kodak that he found the pills, while letting him know what would happen next.
“I was able to identify the pills on the console so at this point you’ll be placed under arrest," said the officer.
You can see the arrest go down above at the 35:20-mark.
