XXXTentacion's Team Responds To His Spotify Ban With Some Serious Snitching

Spotify's new anti-hate policy doesn't just restrict content that is deemed hateful.

It also restricts artists who have done hateful things.

"When an artist or creator does something that is especially harmful or hateful (for example, violence against children and sexual violence), it may affect the ways we work with or support that artist or creator," Spotify decrees.

In the case of R Kelly and XXXTentacion, who have both been accused (but not convicted) of some pretty heinous crimes, it means their music will no longer be available on Spotify's playlists, like Rap Caviar. However, you will still be able to find R and X's music in search.

XXXtentacion's team has responded to the ban by drawing up a list of artists who have also been accused or convicted of bad things but are still allowed to be on playlists.

What do you think about Spotify's anti-hate policy? And what about that snitching from XXX's team?

50 Cent, who's moved to Twitter after issues with IG, has weighed in. pixel_end
