Yella Beezy is spending Valentine's Day in jail after getting arrested in his hometown of Dallas on weapons charges.

Beezy was driving his armored-plated, bullet-proof truck to deliver flowers to his girl when the police say he blew a stop sign.

They pulled him over, smelled weed, and searched the vehicle, finding an unlicensed firearm.

Beezy's people are claiming it was all a setup.  They argue Beezy doesn't smoke weed-- which was the justification for the search-- and point out that no marijuana was found in the truck. They also say all of Beezy's guns are registered.

They are currently trying to bail Beezy out.
