Florida's first attempt to charge YNW Melly with the first-degree murder of his YNW crewmates Juvy and Sakchaser ended in a mistrial.

Melly is still locked up without bail and had been set to be retried later this year.

Now, his ex-girlfriend, Mariah Hamilton, has been locked up without bail for witness tampering.

It's unclear how this will affect Melly's upcoming trial, but it's probably not good news for the rapper.
