Young Buck is still on probation for the weapons conviction that had him in jail between August of 2012 and October of 2013.

He could be headed back to prison if the latest allegations against the G-Unit member are true.

In a new court documents, Buck stands accused of threatening the fiance of one of his baby mamas after the man requested Buck pay his child support and called him a sorry excuse for a father.

According to The Jasmine Brand, which has seen the complaint, "Buck responded by sending a chain of texts that included physical threats against the fiancé. He used foul and derogatory language, calling the victim a racial epithet several times, accused him of being a drug addict, and made several threats to ‘slap the shit out of him’ and beat him up. He also inquired about where the man’s location was & text he was going to 'fuck u up'.
Additionally, the Jasmine Brand reports Buck recently failed a drug test. This could all nullify a plea deal he made last year to avoid prison after he was caught falsifying a piss test, and famously blamed it on Snoop Dogg.
