For the second time this month, Young Chop has been arrested in Gwinnett County, Georgia, where he has a residence.

On Thursday, the 26-year old (born Tyree Pittman) was taken in for violating probation on a misdemeanor animal neglect charge.

Gwinnett County didn't specify exactly how Chop violated his probation but, he's been recently accused of firing a handgun in a street in front of his home, starving a dog to death, driving without a license or insurance and having an expired tag.

He had been arrested on April 7 for reckless conduct, driving without a valid license and expired tag/registration.

The Gwinnett County wants anyone who has seen Chop abuse an animal to call the Gwinnett County District Attorney’s Office at 770-822-8400.
